He has the 2nd Dan in Shotokan Karate and is certified as a yoga and dance teacher. He has many years experience in psychoanalysis and is trained as an NLP master.

Alexander sees himself as a seeker, a constantly transforming one. With his experience and presence he supports and accompanies healing and transforming processes.
“It makes me happy when I can support people to come into contact with their life energy and when I can witness how this energy expresses itself spontaneously”.

He practices and teaches tantra in Vienna and London, together with his partner Sonia Sung.

Join Sonia & Alexander to explore the polarity between contraction and expansion within both our physical and energy bodies.

Bioenergetics teaches us that fear is excitement with contraction, while pleasure and well-being is excitement with expansion. This awareness and the moment of choice is one of the main tools for transformation.

In this workshop we would like to invite you to experience and learn to choose whether we expand or contract our energy, by exploring the two poles either going deeply by yourself or with a partner who will simply witness us. If you are joining without a partner in your physical space, then please make sure you have a mirror nearby.

What you need for this session:

  • Comfortable clothings
  • A Mirror nearby
  • Enough space to stand and to lie down in
  • A space where you won’t be disturbed

Join Sonia and Alexander for a session of Kundalini Shaking!

Kundalini shaking is the perfect way to shake off life’s stresses and tensions.  Shaking activates the parasympathetic nervous system and signals the brain to calm, relax and let go. Shaking also activates the lymphatic system, which helps our body get rid of the toxins.

Following the intensity of Saturday, join us on Sunday morning as we allow some integration time and then shake off whatever is present for us, before starting the Sunday sessions.  Its a great way to connect back with our festival community as we jointly shake off whatever needs to be expressed.
